well since this is my first blog, my first topic will be on music. i've been a stevie wonder fan for awhile now. the first song that had me hooked was "overjoyed." years ago i was at my older bro's house and started listening to wonder's greatest hits cd. i must admit i never heard a sound like "overjoyed." it seemed like it was composed in a rain forest with water being the beat. sitting in my bro's room i must have listened to it about 10 times or more. now even to this day i listen to his music almost everyday. im a poet so his creativity with words really made me a fan. so becuz of this i thought that overjoyed was my favorite wonder song...WRONG! lol. i love every stevie wonder song! his is one of the last musical greats thats' still with us.(a thought that came to me after mj's passing). i aspire to write like him one day. so who's one of your favorite musical icons? let me know fellow bloggers...
